Today’s youths face tremendous pressure to achieve in a world that is often overwhelming. The tools of yoga and mindfulness offer proven methods of developing the inner resilience needed to navigate physical, mental and emotional stress. I develop programs that focus on five elements in each session used by Little Flower Yoga: Connect, Breathe, Move, Focus, and Relax. These elements are taught to students to better help cope with difficult situations and are skills that are taken with the children available for daily use. I offer both mat and desk/chair classes with a flexible time frame. Classes can run any length of time as little as 15 minutes per session to a full hour depending on the schedule available.
